Financial Seminar Services offers a collaborative, fast paced environment for a Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist. This onsite role in Houston, TX supports financial advisors with design and digital campaigns, combining cross functional collaboration and project management to help clients succeed. Location: Houston, TX 77032 (onsite) • Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year • Experience: 2+ years • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred • Commuting to 77032 is required.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing assets including postcards, mailers, flyers, brochures, social graphics, email visuals, and presentations
  • Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets per project specifications
  • Collaborate with Sales, Admin, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Communicate revisions, approvals, and progress professionally with the team
  • Maintain organized project files and follow company processes and workflows
  • Liaise with printer vendors on artwork specs, revisions, submissions, and production timelines
  • Assist with updating templates, marketing materials, and internal branding assets
  • Conduct final proofs to verify spelling, dates, venue information, logos, formatting, and layout
  • Oversee text reservation systems for seminar campaigns, review responses, and ensure correct setup
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Produce engaging graphics, captions, videos, and promotional content aligned with brand
  • Schedule and publish social posts consistently
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement
  • Respond to inquiries promptly in a professional manner
  • Track social metrics and deliver monthly reports with recommendations
  • Support paid social campaigns and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Contribute to brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation
  • Coordinate with clients on content approvals or campaign updates as needed
  • Support other departments to aid operations and client success

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork and digital marketing content
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
  • Experience with Facebook Ads or paid social campaigns is required
  • Video editing experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
