Graphic Design Coordinator

Holland Homes in Auburn, Alabama is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to elevate the brand through print and digital visuals across marketing initiatives. This onsite role partners with the marketing team to produce high-quality assets, uphold brand standards, and guide projects from concept to installation, with a salary of USD 55,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, social graphics, digital ads, email visuals, event collateral, and community signage, ensuring alignment with Holland Homes' brand standards.
• Develop assets that support digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, website updates, promotions, and community launches.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, coordinate with print vendors, review proofs for accuracy, and oversee the production process from concept through installation; collaborate with internal teams to schedule and coordinate community signage installations to meet quality and timing benchmarks.
• Protect and strengthen the Holland Homes brand by maintaining consistency across all marketing materials and continuously elevating the quality of creative output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for social media, internal communications, company events, and community promotions.
• Support the Marketing Coordinator with marketing initiatives, campaign execution, event preparation, community launches, and other department projects as needed.
• Partner with marketing collaborators to create materials that support company goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and branding work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience preparing files for commercial printing
