Graphic Design Ad Builder

Atlas Staffing invites applications for a entry-level Graphic Design Ad Builder based in Boise, Idaho. This in-office, full-time role centers on crafting and editing advertisements and layouts using QuarkXPress and Adobe Creative Suite, preparing artwork for printing, and coordinating with production to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and typeset advertisements using customer and sales information.
• Revise ad copy according to customer requests.
• Design layouts with QuarkXPress and Adobe Creative Suite to meet company standards.
• Prepare artwork for quality control prior to printing.
• Prepare graphic files for offsite printing.
• Coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Provide administrative support to graphics production and workflow.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXPress, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Self-motivated with the flexibility to assist in a variety of tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
