Director, Visual Design - US GTM
Job Description
Join Kyndryl’s U.S. GTM team in Dallas to shape how the brand shows up across high-impact customer and internal touchpoints. In this Visual Design role, you’ll translate established brand direction into consistent, high-quality visual experiences while partnering closely with marketing, communications, and experience teams.
This onsite position supports clear execution across multiple channels, helping campaigns, programs, and storytelling land with strong visual communication and accessibility-minded delivery.
What you’ll do
- Create visual design assets that align with Kyndryl brand standards across digital, social, web, print, and presentation formats
- Apply brand guidelines consistently to maintain a unified look and feel across customer and internal touchpoints
- Translate briefs, content, and messaging into clear visual layouts that communicate information effectively
- Design graphics, layouts, and visual systems to support campaigns, programs, and storytelling needs
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and experience designers to align visuals with intent and audience needs
- Adapt existing design systems and assets for new formats and use cases
- Prepare final design files that meet quality, accessibility, and delivery requirements
What you bring
- Proven visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating brand-led work across multiple touchpoints
- Strong skills in graphic design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to apply established brand guidelines consistently across varied media
- Capability to convert written or verbal briefs into clear, effective visual solutions
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools for digital and presentation design
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, communications, or experience design
- Strong attention to detail when preparing final assets for production and distribution
Preferred skills
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B audiences
- Familiarity with accessibility considerations in visual design
- Experience supporting campaigns across both digital and physical environments
- Exposure to presentation design and visual storytelling for executive audiences
Compensation and location
- Dallas, TX (onsite)
- U.S. compensation range (full-time): $179,760 to $341,520 per year
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $215,640 to $409,800
- California (All Other): $197,640 to $375,600
- Colorado: $179,760 to $341,520
- Massachusetts/ Virginia: $179,760 to $375,600
- New York City: $215,640 to $409,800
- Washington: $197,640 to $375,600
- Washington DC: $197,640 to $375,600
