Job Description
TCAT-Northwest is seeking a full-time Digital Graphic Design Technology Associate Instructor based in Ripley, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Instruct all courses within the Digital Graphic Design program.
- Design and implement lesson plans aligned to program requirements.
- Build relationships with business and industry professionals who apply Digital Graphic Design practices in their operations.
- Maintain professional working relationships with students, faculty, administrative staff, and the public.
- Monitor and assess student progress throughout the program.
- Contribute to student recruitment and engage regularly with Digital Graphic Design employers.
- Perform related duties and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or degree, or higher-level post-secondary credential in Digital Graphic Design, Marketing, or related Business fields.
- Minimum three (3) years of work experience in Digital Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and Marketing.
- Working knowledge of graphic design methods and specialized applications for marketing, social media animation, social analytics, and business operations.
- Knowledge of digital graphic design, marketing, infographics, social media graphics, website development, and related software.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles used in social media and online business operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to integrate audio/visual instructional tools into classroom delivery.
- Ability to maintain accurate student records and grade reporting in a digital learning environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the capacity to work effectively with both secondary and post-secondary students.
