Digital Designer
Job Description
The Digital Designer will create digital marketing assets for multiple channels, partnering with creatives and cross-functional teams to deliver brand-consistent work on time. This onsite role in Atlanta supports customers through website, mobile, social, display, email, and rich content design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners cross-functionally and with key stakeholders, demonstrating situational adaptability and taking initiative to drive change toward more customer and brand-centric outcomes.
- Streamline the design workflow by building solutions that align to project needs.
- Contribute frequently to broader team activities and learning engagements.
- Stay current with best practices and share insights that help elevate team performance.
- Apply independent creative thinking and design techniques to develop digital concepts, including concepts, layouts, comps, and moodboard/whiteboard explorations, as well as production as assigned.
- Build proficiency in design tools and systems to support exceptional, timely output.
- Use independent judgment to proactively solve problems.

Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years minimum.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate education in design.
- 2+ years of professional design experience in digital marketing, retail, or an advertising agency environment.
- Experience with current and relevant tools such as Figma and Adobe CS; animation tools like After Effects are a plus.
- Knowledge of DCO and campaign platforms and content management systems.
- Knowledge of photo sourcing, photo editing, and custom photography production.
- Ability to present a portfolio demonstrating contribution to digital campaigns, assets, and content.
- Knowledge of digital design systems and UX design principles.
- Experience presenting creative ideas to a team.
- Ability to implement feedback, prioritize workload, and shift creative direction quickly to meet deadlines.
- Highly collaborative approach with openness and transparency.
- Calmness under pressure and ability to perform in a high-volume environment.
- Adaptability in creative environments, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Reporting and Travel
- Manager: Typically reports to Manager Creative.
- Direct reports: 0.
- Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
This position is located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
