4over llc is building exceptional digital commerce experiences, and this role helps shape smoother, more accessible purchasing journeys across web and mobile. In this onsite position in Columbus, OH, you will design intuitive UI/UX solutions for complex print ordering and configuration flows. You will use user-centered research, usability testing, and analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction across 4over’s digital commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive purchasing journeys that reduce friction throughout ordering.
- Support multiple digital commerce platforms while maintaining a consistent user experience.
- Improve conversion using user-centered design and usability best practices.
- Simplify complex print products for customers across experience levels.
- Optimize product configuration, pricing presentation, checkout, account management, and reorder experiences.
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Validate design concepts through customer feedback and iterative testing.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the design and development process.
- Design visually engaging, responsive interfaces aligned with brand standards and modern principles.
- Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
- Ensure accessibility aligned with WCAG standards and usability best practices.
- Partner with Product Managers to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended.
- Work with Marketing and business stakeholders to align digital experiences with customer and business goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Analyze customer behavior, product analytics, usability studies, and feedback to find improvement opportunities.
- Support validation through usability testing and A/B testing.
- Monitor user engagement and recommend enhancements that improve satisfaction, usability, and conversion.
- Stay current on UX trends, emerging technologies, and digital commerce best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years designing digital products, websites, or B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Software Engineers across the product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of online purchasing journeys and designing complex eCommerce experiences.
- Knowledge of responsive design, WCAG, and modern UX/UI best practices.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and solve problems effectively.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing and using data-driven insights to improve experiences.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel, plus A/B testing methodologies.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and front-end development principles is preferred.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
