Customer Service and Graphic Design

The Print Haus, Inc offers a full-time, in-person role in Sylva, NC where you will support customers day to day with printing, copying, and sign needs. If you enjoy direct customer interaction and want room to contribute design work as well, this position blends service and creative production in a Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers daily to help fulfill printing, copying, and sign requirements.
• Focus primarily on customer service, with customer support making up more than 80% of the role.
• Support graphic design tasks as needed, up to 20%, across a wide variety of items such as business cards, postcards, forms, promotional items, large format, and more.

Requirements

• Ability to reliably commute daily to the onsite location in Sylva, NC.
• Ability to relocate to Sylva, NC before starting work (required).
• Microsoft Office experience is required to work with customer files.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred for design and production needs.

Benefits & Schedule

Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Expected hours: 40.0 per week. Remote work: not available.
