Job Description

Join Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services in Boca Raton, onsite, as a Creative Director. This role offers a competitive annual salary in the 55K to 58K range and a benefits package that includes 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance. You will lead the design and execution of print, social media, and web direction projects under guidance from the Marketing leadership, while managing vendor partnerships and project workflows in Asana to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.

Onsite in Boca Raton, FL

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage projects across print, social media, and web direction as directed by the Director of Marketing and Communications or Marketing Associate.
  • Route all designs to the Director for proofing and collaborate on larger initiatives to ensure print and digital outputs meet expectations.
  • Coordinate with print vendors on smaller projects to obtain quotes, initiate printing, arrange mailing services if needed, and confirm deadlines to satisfy client requirements.
  • Oversee assigned projects in the Asana system, addressing questions, gaps, and challenges in collaboration with the Director.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in an in-house marketing, advertising, or graphic design role.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, collaborate effectively, take direction, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to take a concept from ideation through completion, including coordination with external departments and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Experience with Asana or a comparable project management tool.
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Print pre-press and digital output knowledge.
  • Canva proficiency.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Some WordPress experience.
  • Video production skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
