Job Description
Precision offers a hybrid New York, NY opportunity with a salary range of USD 62,000 to 85,000 per year. The role centers on motion graphics and cohesive visual work across social, decks, reports, brand systems, and campaign assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to design across campaigns are essential. The team values collaboration, clear communication, and independent initiative. Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics and animated content for digital and social channels, adhering to brand guidelines while offering a refreshed visual perspective.
- Design across formats such as social graphics, reports, presentation decks, data visualizations, brand systems, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with copywriters, account leads, and strategists to deliver cohesive creative; support the team's growing marketing and data visualization efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to accounts, including creative requests, project tracking, notes, and feedback.
- Independently manage small projects and work streams.
- Engage across teams with respectful and effective collaboration.
- Be well-prepared for meetings, having reviewed materials beforehand and staying attentive during discussions.
- Guide and share knowledge with junior or new team members; oversee interns as needed.
- Own assigned tasks by understanding how work ladders up to larger goals, meeting deadlines without reminders, organizing documents for team sharing, and managing multiple projects with various tools.
- Meet deadlines established by the client lead.
- Draft error-free content such as video edits, proposals, scripts, and presentations, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
- Adapt quickly to new ideas and client needs, connecting daily work to strategic objectives.
- Review research and distill online video insights into actionable recommendations; escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an agency, studio, or similar creative environment
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and brand systems
- Motion design skills with a solid reel of work
- Illustration skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to different brand identities
