Responsibilities
- Lead professional audio and integrated AV system design from concept through construction documentation and commissioning.
- Design permanent sound reinforcement and distributed audio systems for large venues and complex commercial facilities.
- Create loudspeaker layouts and coverage models; specify loudspeakers, amplifiers, DSP architecture, and audio signal paths.
- Design and integrate networked audio systems using Dante, AES67, and related technologies.
- Produce detailed engineering deliverables including schematics, signal flow and riser diagrams, rack elevations, equipment layouts, and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with account managers and project teams on scope, system specifications, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct site surveys, evaluate field conditions and acoustic constraints, and resolve design issues with project stakeholders.
- Support installation with engineering guidance; perform system testing, DSP configuration, optimization, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate audio, video, control, and networking systems.
- Prepare equipment lists, specifications, proposals, and technical submittals.
Requirements
