Role is located onsite in Atlanta, GA. Annual salary range listed is USD 68,300 to 218,800.

Responsibilities
- Help shape the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, aesthetic cohesion, and timely milestones.
- Translate briefs, brand strategy, and audience insights into compelling visual executions while refining an original visual point of view.
- Deliver high-quality work across brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital experiences with meticulous craft.
- Take ownership of your workstream, making thoughtful design decisions and delivering production-ready outputs with minimal guidance.
- Leverage AI tools within your workflow to speed up concepting, iteration, and production, and contribute to evolving AI-enabled practices.
- Confidently engage in client and stakeholder conversations, explaining your design rationale and establishing credibility as a creative voice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design experience across multiple industries, brand types, platforms, and contexts.
- 2+ years contributing to visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting and visual strategy to production-ready delivery.
- Experience delivering brand identities, design systems, typography, motion, illustration, and digital UI with a developing visual voice and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to provide feedback and informal guidance to junior designers, helping others grow their craft and confidence.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with product designers, product managers, engineers, and strategists to create cohesive experiences.
- Solid grounding in user experience principles that inform visual decisions and convey a coherent brand point of view.
- Experience contributing to scalable design systems that maintain visual consistency across products and channels.
- Comfort using AI tools in the visual design process, from concept generation to rapid iteration, with openness to evolving workflows.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant motion, illustration, or AI design tools.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present design rationale and participate in creative discussions with stakeholders.

Bonus points

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual design, visual communications, graphic design, fine art, or related field.
