Job Description

Reevo is hiring a contract Brand & Motion Designer (onsite in the United States) to help power marketing creative across web, social, and paid media. In this role, you will turn product and UI into motion, build reusable brand systems, and ship formats faster without sacrificing craft. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly supports the product and sales strategy.

What you’ll do

Own marketing creative by producing static, animated, and short-form video assets that feed campaign graphics, ads, and weekly content such as a product highlight reel.
Bring the product to life through clear motion that translates Reevo’s UI and features into compelling screen recordings, animated UI, and product moments for sales teams.
Adapt every format to the channel, creating the right versions for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, paid placements, and the website.
Move quickly while maintaining quality, going from brief to first cut in a few days, iterating on feedback, and understanding when “good enough” is the right choice.
Keep brand consistency by working within and extending the Reevo brand system, including type, color, motion language, and templates.
Build reusable systems such as templates, motion presets, and asset libraries to make each week faster than the last.
Use AI to speed up production for generation, editing, and iteration when it improves workflow and throughput.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of brand, graphic, or motion design experience, ideally in a tech company, startup, or agency serving B2B SaaS.
A portfolio showing both static and motion work, with emphasis on short-form social video and animated product UI.
Comfort using industry-standard design, motion, and editing tools; experience with Lottie or Rive is a plus.
A strong eye for typography, layout, pacing, and music, with the ability to land impact within short runtimes (for example, 30 seconds).
Fluency with AI creative tools as part of your day-to-day process.
Fast, reliable delivery with consistent weekly deadlines and the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
Self-direction: you can take a rough idea and produce options, not just questions.
Interest in sales, revenue teams, or AI products is a plus.

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, and vision coverage, plus generous paid time off (PTO) and additional benefits that support how you work.
Growth and development: career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
Dynamic culture: a collaborative, innovative, fast-paced environment where your contributions have tangible, immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory.

Compensation

Highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, along with early-stage equity aligned with company growth.
