Job Description

GuROO is hiring a Lead UI/UX Designer for hybrid work from Fort Meade, MD, focused on designing and building user-interface apps and prototypes using Power Platform and related web technologies.

Create vector-based graphics and implement vector graphics using XML/HTML programming
Build prototypes, with emphasis on UI/UX components in PowerApps (reusable, customizable component patterns)
Develop individual design elements such as buttons, boxes, animation sequences, and app themes/styles
Build Power Automate custom flows, including in constrained environments where premium licenses and/or API connections are not readily available
Use PowerApps advanced techniques to create custom components and custom applications using manual layouts and gallery layouts
Handle application data flows from Dataverse and SharePoint, and ingest data from spreadsheets for app use

Document requirements and maintain status updates (started, not started, complete)
Run preliminary user testing, functional testing, and regression testing; document findings and track progress until completion
