In Pinellas Park, FL, Kane’s Furniture LLC is seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead a creative team and shape campaign concepts that stay true to the brand while performing across every channel. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on creative leadership, helping transform business goals into compelling, audience-ready work.
Reporting into leadership and partnering closely across teams, you will guide the creative process from early ideation through final execution, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency in every deliverable. You’ll also help keep the work current by tracking industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts.
What you’ll do
- Develop and oversee creative concepts from ideation to execution, keeping outcomes aligned with brand identity and business goals.
- Plan and oversee the development of company advertisements.
- Supervise all work completed by the creative department.
- Partner with executives and leaders to set project deadlines and content goals.
- Present project details, including deadlines and budgets, to executives.
- Recruit and train team leads and managers.
- Oversee the creative budget.
- Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to turn strategic objectives into creative deliverables.
- Review, critique, and approve creative work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.
- A strong portfolio showing creative work across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
