Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
Continuously research and evaluate new edtech requirements and innovative trends to support GO! ecosystem competitiveness and educational experiences.
Advocate for the user while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
Partner with multiple teams to define product requirements, design priorities, and user experience strategy for both the platform and eLearning resources.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
Assist eLearning and Curriculum Development teams as needed, providing UX/UI expertise to lessons, resources, and games to support cohesion between learning elements and platform design.
Design with accessibility best practices in mind, including WCAG standards and UDL frameworks.
Improve usability, navigation, and interaction patterns across the platform.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences as necessary.
Prepare detailed design specifications, annotations, and assets for handoff and cross-department communication.
