Job Description

Esquire Law Services offers a senior, on site Creative Director role in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 125,000. You will lead the firm's creative direction across TV, digital, social, print and web, partnering with the CMO and analytics team to shape brand storytelling that resonates across channels. The position supports a collaborative, data-informed culture that values mentorship, professional growth, and consistent, high quality creative output. This is a full-time role with onsite responsibilities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Define and sustain the overarching creative strategy, ensuring every marketing asset reflects a unified brand identity
Translate marketing objectives into clear briefs, concept directions, and actionable execution plans
Monitor industry trends, competitor work, and new platforms to keep campaigns differentiated
Conceptualize and oversee production of all campaigns including TV, radio, digital video, social, billboards, print, and direct mail
Steer creative for landing pages, website updates, emails, and other digital assets that drive lead generation and conversions
Manage the full creative lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring quality and timely results aligned with goals
Own and enforce brand guidelines across visual identity, voice, photography and video style, and messaging frameworks
Lead periodic brand audits to ensure consistency and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide and a robust asset library
Recruit, mentor, and grow the in-house creative team including designers, copywriters, videographers, and social content creators
Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies, production companies, photographers, and freelancers
Review and approve all creative deliverables from internal and external sources prior to publication
Collaborate with the CMO and analytics team to assess performance using metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, A/B tests, and cost per case
Iterate on assets based on data to continuously improve effectiveness
Develop and manage the creative production budget in coordination with the CMO

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
7+ years of progressive creative experience, including at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role
Strong portfolio of multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, social, print, and out-of-home media
Proven track record of guiding creative teams and managing external vendor relationships
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Solid understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and conversion-focused design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present concepts to senior leadership
