Job Description

The Graphic Design Specialist role focuses on digital and print design, branding, motion graphics, and web elements to support campaigns and elevate the brand across channels.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and implement fresh visual directions aligned with brand strategies, ensuring consistency across marketing channels.
Produce engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social platforms, websites, print ads, and promotional collateral using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch.
Develop motion graphics and video content with After Effects and related editing software to strengthen storytelling and audience engagement.
Oversee art direction for branding projects, including logos, layouts, typography, and color management to establish a cohesive visual identity.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver web design elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and CMS platforms to improve user experience.
Balance multiple projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous production design and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Present concepts clearly during team reviews using prototyping tools such as InVision and similar platforms.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital art, branding, logo work, UI/UX, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), plus Sketch, Canva, Figma, and InVision for design and prototyping.
Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout, typesetting, and visual hierarchy principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is highly desirable.
Strong photography skills including photo manipulation and editing to support visual storytelling.
AI powered photo enhancement capabilities.
Familiarity with print production standards to ensure high quality output.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to clients or internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high standard of digital design work.

Compensation

Hourly rate: USD 20 - 30 per hour

Work Location & Schedule

This is described as a full time salaried position with flexible hours. You must be a resident of Naples, Florida. The work is mostly remote (home office) but onsite work for photography, video, and fundraising events may be required, potentially on weekends. Hybrid remote in Naples, FL 34117.
