Job Description

An energetic Print and Graphics Design Associate at The UPS Store 4091 in Denver, North Carolina, tasked with producing top tier print materials, digital graphics, and marketing content in collaboration with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for print advertising, signage, marketing collateral, and digital media using industry standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
Prepare print ready design files with accurate color, proper layout, and adherence to prepress guidelines.
Produce engaging graphics such as logos, branding elements, motion graphics, and digital art tailored for multiple media channels.
Edit and manipulate photographs with advanced techniques to enhance visual impact.
Collaborate with clients and team members to capture project requirements, contribute creative input, and confidently present concepts using tools like InVision.
Experience with coil binding, laminating, cutting, and related finishing tasks.
Apply color theory, typography principles, and branding guidelines consistently across all outputs while upholding high quality control standards.
Maintain active listening with customers, UPS Store staff, and leadership.
Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer practical solutions.
Proactively learn product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
Operate all equipment, software, and devices proficiently and be willing to share knowledge with others.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, print production, and visual design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
Knowledge of color management systems and prepress workflows to ensure precise print results.
Solid understanding of typography for media, including typesetting for both print advertising and digital formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly across teams.
Experience with sign manufacturing or production design is a plus.
