Responsibilities
- Lead UI heavy experience design for key features across web and mobile, guiding work from early concept to final specifications.
- Plan and synthesize evaluations of user interactions, focusing on ease of use, utility, perceived value, and task efficiency.
- Translate intricate user and business requirements into advanced UI patterns, flows, and feature concepts.
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes to communicate design strategy and intent.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to align on scope, constraints, and delivery plans.
- Partner with research teams to plan and run usability tests, incorporating insights to improve designs.
- Ensure UI solutions adhere to the design system and elevate overall visual and interaction quality.

Requirements
- Proven experience designing UI‑heavy digital products for web and/or mobile with shipped outcomes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, high‑fidelity UI craft, and systems thinking.
- Expertise with modern design tools such as Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and production‑ready handoff.
- Ability to independently lead workstreams and influence cross‑functional partners.
- Experience applying usability test insights to improve designs.
