Job Description

Design-focused Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect role in Cumming, IA (onsite) offering USD 75,000 - 125,000 per year, focused on creating high-end residential outdoor spaces, building client relationships, and closing design-build sales.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to guide them through the design journey
Assess project sites and obtain precise measurements
Develop landscape plans, sketches, and visual renderings
Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and client presentations
Close sales for premium residential design and build services
Coordinate with installation teams during construction
Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum of five years of professional landscape design experience
Demonstrated ability to sell residential design and build projects
Proficiency with hand drawing, AutoCAD, or Dynascape software
Experience in estimating and proposal development
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
