Compensation: USD 65,000 - 75,000 per year.

What you’ll do

Develop original creative campaigns for each program, aligning creative direction with audience and goals in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and program leaders.

Coordinate assigned creative staff, freelancers, photographers, videographers, printers, and other vendors; manage assigned production budgets.
Prepare production-ready files, oversee printing and delivery, and ensure accuracy, proofreading, accessibility, and appropriate sponsor recognition.
Maintain organized creative assets and use campaign results and audience feedback to improve future work.

What you bring

At least 5 years of progressive experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative services, including experience leading projects or creative collaborators.
A strong portfolio showing original concepts and excellent execution across print and digital formats.

Strong knowledge of typography, layout, brand identity, digital design, and print production.
Experience directing photography and video, including outside production partners.
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills to manage competing priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, program leaders, and creative colleagues, and respond constructively to feedback.
