Job Description

Accenture Song Life is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead art direction for a brand or group of brands. This role owns overall visual strategy and creative quality while partnering with account teams and creative leadership to develop, present, and troubleshoot brand work and support pitches.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee art direction for an assigned brand or group of brands.
Maintain high standards across projects to ensure overall visual strategy and creative quality.
Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and implement creative ideas and brand projects aligned to marketing objectives.
Partner with the account team to assimilate feedback from corporate clients and integrate it into creative work.
Provide the account team with information needed for turn-around times, schedules, and the status of creative projects.
Apply knowledge of target audiences and marketing goals for each assigned brand.
Play a creative and strategic role in new business pitches.
Guide junior and mid-level Art Directors.
Propose future initiatives for assigned accounts.
Work with the account team to ensure quality and efficiency on creative and brand projects, and troubleshoot when necessary.
Present creative ideas and brand work to the client.
Represent the agency as a client liaison.
Travel may be required based on business needs and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency (preferred).
Portfolio that includes examples of both digital and print work, including experience working on pharma or healthcare clients.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to pick up therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and grasp new concepts quickly.
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize across projects.
In depth understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing.
Strong conceptual capability with strong aesthetic judgment.
