- Manage visual assets, including brand assets, photography, and raw video footage.
- Investigate postproduction design to ensure brand accuracy remains intact.
- Obtain concept approval by presenting rough layouts for sign-off.
- Execute static and animated assets strictly from approved storyboards, scripts, and templates.
- Produce short-form motion graphics, UI animations, and informational videos without altering messaging.
- Apply consistent typography, timing, transitions, and branding across motion outputs.

- Support social and web distribution and create educational and informational content.
- Ensure correct frame rates, aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, and compression for each deployment environment.

- Maintain organized file structures, version control, and asset libraries; export assets in formats including MP4, MOV, GIF, Lottie/JSON, and SVG animation.
- Coordinate technical delivery requirements with vendors, IT teams, and integrators; support large-format signage such as floor decals, wall graphics, kiosks, and wayfinding systems.
- Apply precise measurements and scale for airport, border, and high-traffic environments; ensure visibility, legibility, contrast, and durability standards are met.
- Ensure materials comply with internal brand governance, communication protocols, and applicable international standards.
- Execute updates quickly based on feedback and maintain consistency across multilingual materials without changing approved messaging.
- Build and maintain templates for presentations, signage, social media, reports, and marketing collateral to standardize processes and reduce rework.
- Support scale by enabling non-design teams to use approved templates correctly and assist with social media management and trend awareness.
- Stay current with standard design technologies and trends; proofread for quality and accuracy; liaise with printers for press-ready output.
