Store Manager Customer Sales (Graphic Design)

Full-time, in-person role in Vallejo, CA at BPS Signs with pay starting at $39.00 per hour. This Store Manager Customer Sales (Graphic Design) position combines customer-facing sales with hands-on graphic design and day-to-day operations, while working closely with the owner to support clear sales and production standards.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Act as a customer liaison and provide customer service from initial conversations through follow-up.
• Handle graphics design work, including customer layouts/proofs and revisions.
• Own customer sales activities and support production handoffs so work is delivered as expected.
• Collaborate with production through training to help ensure customer expectations are met.
• Work directly with the owner to implement new sales and production standards.
• Manage operations to keep store workflow organized and moving.

What you’ll need

• Previous sign or print shop experience.
• Ability to support sales, design, and managing operations at the same time.
• Very organized approach and punctual attendance.
• Drivers license.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn and work well in a team.
• Experience with large format printing, vinyl application, and sign making.
• Skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (or other design software).
• Proven ability to insure customer expectations are met.
