Set and maintain the visual and interaction quality standard for the studio’s products.
Lead zero-to-one product design for new AI products, from blank canvas through first launch and iteration.
Resolve complex product details including states, edge cases, and interaction nuances that make a product feel complete.
Design AI workflows for unpredictable behavior, including changing outputs, wrong or uncertain answers, human review and approval moments, fallback paths, and clear next steps.
Explore multiple design directions, evaluate tradeoffs, make decisions, and communicate the reasoning clearly.
Prototype quickly to help the team learn what is real before overbuilding.
Translate user observation, research, and usage signals into product hypotheses, experiments, and design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product strategy, discovery/research, engineering, brand, designers, and venture leadership to turn a promising idea into something testable.
Apply discipline and meticulousness to how design is built across the studio so each product does not need to recreate core basics.
Capture and share what is learned across AI products, including review, correction, approval, uncertainty, failure states, and user trust, so each new venture starts sharper.

5+ years of product design experience with hands-on depth in the craft.
