Senior Associate, Digital Designer and Storyteller

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Designer and Storyteller on the AIMS team to produce rich multimedia experiences that inform and inspire Ambassadors and associates. This role brings together video production, graphic and web design, and UI-UX work to turn routine transactions into meaningful moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and intent owners to establish video intent and storyline
• Write creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards
• Organize and manage the production workflow
• Film, coordinate filming, and/or edit videos
• Partner with external film crews and editors
• Provide graphic design solutions across channels and platforms, applying Capital One brand standards to support high-quality production value
• Design, develop, and maintain intranet sites using Capital One’s design system and platform to support on-brand delivery and user experience quality
• Create visual layouts for internal web pages, including wireframes
• Build and code web pages in LumApps, using HTML and JavaScript
• Manage updates and additions to web content
• Apply Agile practices, with strong organization, time management, and communication
• Work with the Well-Managed Process Owner on process improvement by providing insights, support, and feedback
• Build connections with the broader Retail Bank and enterprise-wide multimedia communities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years of experience in filming, editing, and video production using Adobe Premiere
• At least 3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• At least 1 year of experience in web design using HTML or JavaScript
• At least 1 year of experience in UX or UI design
• At least 1 year of experience working with Google Suite products

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Video Production, Computer Science, Web Design, or Graphic Design
• 5+ years of work experience in web, logo, or graphic design
• 5+ years of work experience in video production and editing in Adobe Premiere
• 2+ years of experience using Google Suite
• 2+ years of experience in UI or UX design
• 1+ year of experience developing web pages in LumApps
• 1+ year of experience formatting and laying out online articles
• 1+ year of experience working with Agile methodologies
