Job Description

Based in New York City and working onsite, the Senior Art Director role at Droga5, part of Accenture Song, leads creative teams to craft disruptive ideas and shape campaigns for a diverse roster of clients. The position blends strong production leadership with close client collaboration and a track record of delivering creative excellence under tight timelines. Compensation ranges from USD 59,100 to 154,800 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Own and guide creative work, developing disruptive concepts with minimal oversight or direction
  • Build and sustain client relationships, lead presentations, and collaborate directly with clients on productions
  • Concept and art direct, creating storyboards and comps without relying on the Design team
  • Balance ideas with strategic briefs, ensuring every concept remains on brief
  • Manage multiple clients and deliverables concurrently
  • Oversee all aspects of production and post-production with limited supervision
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver projects that exemplify creative excellence on schedule
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful, productive manner
  • Navigate the ups and downs of the business with maturity, uncovering creative opportunities with challenging clients
  • Mentor and lead creative teams to foster talent and capability

Requirements

  • Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate smart, brand-building ideas and executions
  • 4+ years of Art Direction experience with an advertising agency
