Requirements

• 1-3+ years of art direction experience within a creative environment.
• Ability to concept campaigns and ideas across different mediums.
• Ability to interpret marketing insights and strategies and apply them to digital-first advertising campaigns.
• Strong conceptual skills and capability to deliver quality content.
• Interest in social media platforms, current trends, technology, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A “maker” mentality with curiosity and willingness to try new methods.
• Industry awarded work preferred.
