Retail Sales & Graphic Design Specialist

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Denton-Lake Cities is looking for a Retail Sales & Graphic Design Specialist to support a busy onsite store in Corinth, TX. In this role, you will combine customer-facing sales with hands-on design work, helping turn customer ideas into custom apparel and promotional products while keeping production moving smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Consult with customers to understand design preferences and provide recommendations
• Use basic graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw to create custom designs
• Support a 5-star customer satisfaction standard through high-quality products and excellent service
• Answer the phone and respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible
• Finalize artwork and transfer completed files to production
• Review previous day’s orders to prioritize artwork and printing
• Help ensure 24-hour turnaround orders are completed ahead of schedule
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Support inventory management, restocking merchandise as needed, and receive/put away items
• Perform monthly inventory counts
• Handle timely opening and closing procedures
• Address production hold-ups professionally and communicate with customers
• Review orders “in the pipeline” and send follow-ups when appropriate
• Assist with production once customer responsibilities are completed

What you’ll need

• Proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Corel Draw
• At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment
• Strong written communication skills for email (the role involves frequent email)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, detail-oriented mindset and passion for design
• Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus
• Social networking savvy (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus
• Experience as a key holder (open/close) for a small business is a plus

• Employment: Full-time, in person
• Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
