The Lead, Graphic Design role at St. Louis Community College directs district wide brand design efforts with an emphasis on print materials. The position provides creative direction, leadership, and project management while coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and is based onsite in Bridgeton, Missouri.

Compensation

USD 61,425 per year

Responsibilities

• Direct and shape the in house design function, ensuring the brand's visual identity is consistently articulated across materials.
• Mentor and supervise the in house design team to uphold brand standards and consistency.
• Collaborate openly with a range of partners, including external agencies, internal clients, and in house marketing and digital teams.
• Manage multiple projects and workflows efficiently, navigate competing deadlines, and maintain responsibility for timing while remaining adaptable to change.
• Lead projects from concept through production, coordinating all communications with print partners, including estimates, print forms, press checks, and timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related work experience in graphic design or art direction are required.
