Graphic Design Specialist

Accenture Federal Services is hiring an experienced Graphic Design Specialist to support high-impact cyber operations communications for client briefings, publications, and websites. This onsite role in Fort Meade, MD blends graphic arts development, design production, and customer advisory work, helping teams deliver clear, mission-ready visuals for senior audiences.

The position involves planning, creating, and analyzing full-spectrum cyber operations graphics and publication artwork, from original concept to production workflow coordination. You will also provide end-user guidance and in-depth graphic artist support, including revising materials to match customer intent.

What you’ll do

• Provide graphic arts development and client support for graphic projects and deliverables
• Plan and design production of graphics for two-star command-level briefings, including exhibits and multi-image presentations
• Prepare and oversee original designs, drawings, graphs, charts, models, publications, and exhibits for internal and external presentation by senior leaders and general/flag officers
• Consult and advise customers’ staff on graphic projects requiring artist input
• Create and visualize ideas graphically for documents, publications, and web sites
• Recommend solutions and provide in-depth graphic artist support for the development of documents, briefings, and websites when guidance is not provided
• Revise graphic subject matter to achieve customer intent by selecting materials, processes, and design format without guidance
• Review layouts, sketches, and final plans for production, evaluating artistic media
• Advise customers on pending graphics, publications, and artwork, including cost estimates and artwork content
• Determine requirements for publication artwork, including selection of ink, paper, and type style in coordination with publication customers
• Coordinate production workflow of publications such as periodicals, brochures, and manuscripts
• Complete additional ad hoc tasks supporting Command Team cyber mission priorities as required

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline
• 5 years of experience as a Graphic Artist and/or web design
• Experience using MS software, including adding graphics to Word and PowerPoint
• Expertise with MS Visual Studio
• Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

Nice to have

• Experience working with General and Flag Officer DoD staffs
• Experience developing complicated network diagrams or process flows

Compensation and location

Salary: USD 85,200 - 162,700 per year. Location: Fort Meade, MD (onsite).
