Job Description

We are seeking a talented Production Artist for Lidy Signs and Graphics to transform design concepts into polished, print-ready and digital assets that align with brand standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital media, ensuring color accuracy, typography, and layout alignment.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and marketing teams to apply branding guidelines across assets.
  • Create and edit images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital tools to meet project specifications.
  • Ensure assets comply with technical specifications such as file formats, resolution, and production requirements.
  • Assist in sign and vehicle graphic projects by preparing layouts for large-format printing or signage production.
  • Conduct quality checks on final deliverables to maintain consistency in color, typography, typesetting, and overall visual design.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends in digital art and graphic design to continually improve output quality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles including color management, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for consistency across branding elements and digital assets.
