Responsibilities

• Create, format, and assemble professional business development, marketing, and communication materials
• Develop and manage website and social media content
• Ensure branding remains consistent across platforms and media
• Proofread for accuracy, formatting, grammar, and overall quality
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather and shape information for proposals and marketing materials
• Learn ThemeWorks fabrication processes, capabilities, and projects to craft more informed content
• Support production design, fabrication, and management teams and perform project-based design tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in design, marketing, communications, or related fields
• Strong design skills with a keen sense for layout, typography, and visual presentation
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write and organize sales proposals
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, polished work
• Proficiency in graphic design and presentation software
• Experience in website design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in learning about the technical and fabrication side of the business
