Job Description

Fiesta Sports Foundation is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to bring the brand to life across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints. In this onsite Scottsdale, AZ role, you will design creative assets that support major college sports and community impact initiatives throughout Arizona, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to keep visuals accurate and on schedule.

What you’ll do

  • Design high-quality digital and print collateral, including social media assets, digital web banners, event invitations, tournament programs, outdoor signage, stadium branding, and promotional merchandise.
  • Create visual assets for partnership pitch decks, sponsorship recaps, and board presentation materials in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
  • Support the creation of video graphics, motion graphics, and basic animation for social channels and venue displays.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Fiesta Sports Foundation brand guidelines and individual partner or sponsor brand standards across every deliverable.
  • Own creative requests from initial concept through proofing, print production, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with external print vendors, signage companies, and merchandise suppliers to obtain quotes, manage proofs, review color matches, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Organize, maintain, and archive assets in the Foundation’s digital asset management (DAM) library, including logo files, photography, vector assets, and design templates.
  • Use a structured creative request system to prioritize incoming requests and meet tight deadlines leading up to major events and bowl games.
  • Assist with on-site visual branding, venue signage deployment, and print collateral distribution during Foundation events and major game-day operations.
  • Collaborate with digital and media teams to support live or real-time graphic updates during events and bowl games.

What you bring

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, corporate in-house, or sports and entertainment preferred).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A digital portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout design, branding, and digital and print production expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides for presentation deck design.
  • Strong print preparation knowledge, including bleed and crop settings, color management (CMYK/RGB/Pantone), and file formatting.
  • Exceptional proofing skills with a strong eye for consistency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sports and event environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with internal departments, executive leaders, and external vendors.

Working conditions and schedule

  • Non-traditional hours, including heavy evenings, weekends, and select holidays during peak event seasons.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally to support Foundation initiatives.

Reporting line: This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Brand (noted: reporting lines are subject to change).

Note: Minimum experience requirement is 1 year, and the position is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
