Freelance Motion Designer

G5 Entertainment is hiring a Freelance Motion Designer for remote work, supporting mobile game marketing campaigns with video creatives. This role spans the full motion pipeline, from planning and production through asset integration and sound editing, with ongoing collaboration with the team.

What you’ll do

• Create scripts, direct, and produce video content, including promotional trailers for G5 games, cinematics, animatics, and other formats.
• Prepare production materials using game assets and integrate them into video deliverables.
• Handle sound editing and audio integration for final outputs.
• Work closely with the team throughout the production process to align creative and technical execution.

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience as a Video Designer in the gaming industry or related fields.
• A strong portfolio with relevant work samples.
• Professional command of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Basic 3D Generalist skills in 3ds Max, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, shading, lighting, and rendering.
• A strong sense of composition, rhythm, style, and color.
• Openness to constructive feedback.
• A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines on time.
