Creative Director, Creative Development (ART)

Dentsu Creative is seeking a Temporary Creative Director, Creative Development (Art) to support a retail client through breakthrough creative concepts and campaign platforms. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY and focuses on leading the creative process from concept through execution while mentoring teams and safeguarding the client’s brand vision.

This is a temporary, salaried position (W2 on dentsu payroll only). The role runs ASAP through 3/19/2027, with an expectation to work EST hours, and the work will be remote or hybrid depending on location. The annual salary range is $184,747.50 to $220,911.60.

What you’ll do

• Lead integrated communications solutions, including creative platforms and end-to-end execution
• Partner with the creative department to build differentiating, original concepts and develop work with award potential and strong media coverage
• Coordinate with resource and project managers to ensure the best creative resources are allocated to the right projects
• Take ownership for delivering the client’s brand vision
• Champion both the creative process and creative output

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of experience in an agency setting
• A record as an award-winning creative professional, with extensive experience creating breakthrough campaigns for major sports brands, leagues, and properties
• Proven ability to collaborate creatively with senior clients and leadership
• Strong presentation skills
• High organization and a professional approach
