Job Description
Spectrum Restaurant Management Group offers an onsite, hospitality‑driven role in Laguna Hills, CA with a practical path to growth. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaigns: assist with planning and execution of campaigns for seasonal menus, events, and promotions; contribute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and raise brand awareness online and offline.
- Creative design: develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print, including social media assets, branding elements, brochures, advertisements, and presentations; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; emphasize typography, layout, and brand consistency.
- Social media management: create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- SEO, email, and advertising: support optimization efforts, email campaigns, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Brand consistency: ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and showcase the restaurant’s dishes, ambiance, and Italian dining experience.
- Customer engagement: respond to online reviews and inquiries professionally; manage customer loyalty programs to drive repeat visits.
- Event coordination: assist in organizing in‑house events and local partnerships; coordinate with the design team to produce graphics and videos as needed.
- Promotions and events: plan and execute promotions such as holiday specials, cooking classes, wine pairing nights, and other community initiatives.
- Analytics and reporting: track campaign performance and report on engagement and ROI; analyze data from Google Analytics, social insights, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Content creation: collaborate with photographers and designers for promotional materials; coordinate with the culinary team to accurately represent menu offerings; maintain consistent branding across platforms and spaces.
- Visual content development: craft visuals for digital and print materials including marketing collateral, social graphics, presentations, advertisements, packaging, and branding assets.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs support organizational goals.
- Vendor and partner relations: help manage relationships with advertising partners and influencers; engage with the local community to build partnerships with businesses, influencers, and media outlets; coordinate with the PR team for press inquiries and appearances.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
