Job Description

The Art Director, Luxury at Ralph Lauren will guide the creation, production, and execution of multipoint marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and social channels. This role collaborates with the Agency Creative Director and the Head of Brand Creative within the in‑house agency to shape compelling luxury brand storytelling.

Salary

USD 99,000 - 211,750 per year

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand Creative Leads, Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams to develop a broad suite of brand content and campaign assets.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end development and rollout of 360 content campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Creative Leadership to refine concept presentation materials, covering photo and video direction, graphic design, and third‑party collaborations.
  • Oversee a high volume of photo and video productions, communicating with internal and external partners with clarity and professionalism.
  • Take the lead on on‑set production activities.
  • Ensure post‑production processes for content across dynamic deliverables are completed.
  • Manage retouching to a high standard and distinct taste level.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Professional experience, preferably with a fashion company or creative agency.
  • Experience commissioning and coordinating photography from initial concept references to final execution.
  • Competence working with video, from developing treatments to collaborating with DPs, directors, editors, and motion designers.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote; working knowledge of other current design applications.
  • Some experience with Illustrator and Premiere and After Effects.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of typography.
  • Significant experience in retouching.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge and focus on fashion and photography preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including outside of local time zones as needed.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
