Art Director

Vladimir Jones is seeking an Art Director to own concepts from the first spark through final delivery. In this hybrid role based in Glendale, CO, you will partner with copywriters, producers, designers, and directors to shape a cohesive look and feel across channels.

What you’ll do

• Own projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, designers, and directors to develop compelling creative.

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• An ideas-first mindset with strong design instincts and the ability to execute beautifully.
• A deep understanding of conceptual thinking and campaign development, including the ability to build a compelling look and feel across channels.
• Excellent design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Confidence using AI as part of the creative process, with relevant portfolio examples.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social platforms.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to take feedback in stride and turn it into stronger creative work.
• A positive, curious attitude with a genuine hunger for making great advertising.

Schedule and location

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• Remote work available on Fridays.
• Based out of the company’s Denver, CO office.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this role is USD 55,000–65,000 per year, with a minimum experience requirement of 3 years.
