Job Description

Bethesda Big Train invites a college or graduate student to join the front office as a Marketing and Graphic Design intern for the Summer 2027 season in Bethesda, MD (onsite).

Responsibilities

Attend all Big Train home games and some away games
Create pre-game, in-game, and post-game graphics for online use
Produce writing and design work for public-facing promotional materials, including social media and game-day programs
Partner with social media managers and the photographer to incorporate visual content into the online marketing strategy
Coordinate with the photographer to support timely delivery of pre- and post-game graphics and other graphics needed during the season
Work with full-time Big Train staff to develop merchandise and promotional materials
Assist full-time Big Train staff with set-up, post-game procedures, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

Enrollment as a college or graduate school student
Ability to work night and weekend events
Graphic design experience and access to a computer with appropriate software
Experience working with tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of baseball
