If you enjoy translating campaign goals into clear, high-performing designs, this onsite role in Charlotte, NC supports direct marketing work with an emphasis on direct mail, from messaging and production timelines through customer-facing deliverables. The position reports to the company owner and offers a path to more independence as you take ownership of campaign execution.

What you’ll do

Support the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, especially printed direct mail pieces such as postcards, letter mailers, self-mailers, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
Coordinate campaign details including target audiences, mailing lists, design and production schedules, and follow-up activities.
Work with the owner to shape marketing messages, offers, and calls to action.
