Join a user-centric Product Design team at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads), where your work helps shape enterprise software experiences that feel intuitive, consistent, and easy to use across the product lifecycle. This onsite role in New York, NY focuses on end-to-end design, research, and close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver design solutions, guidelines, and a stronger design system foundation.
As part of the team, you will contribute to improving UX through discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines. You will also help evolve the product’s design system by presenting decisions that support cohesive patterns across the T-Ads ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end design activities, including discovery, user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines to improve user experience solutions.
- Present and refine design decisions within an evolving design system, including pattern libraries, design principles, and guidelines.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify and enhance requirements while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, with guidance from senior designers, engaging with internal and external users to uncover pain points and inform design decisions.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by business management when needed.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
- 2 to 4 years of related Product Designer experience (required).
- End-to-end User Experience Design, including discovery, information architecture (IA), interaction design, and visual design (required).
- Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and support usability testing (required).
- Experience documenting and mapping user flows and workflows to support design and development decisions (required).
- Skill in producing wireframes that communicate structure, layout, and interaction patterns (required).
- Strong UI design capabilities using UI design patterns and interaction principles (required).
- Application of design thinking through a user-centered, iterative approach to identify problems and evaluate solutions (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to articulate and defend design decisions (required).
- Project management strengths, with organizational skills to prioritize and balance multiple design workstreams against shifting deadlines (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/collaboration tools (required).
- Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG, and UI patterns (required).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary and bonus
Base pay range: USD 76,000 - 137,200 per year.
Corporate bonus target: 10%.
