Job Description

DaVita seeks a Manager, Graphic Design to lead brand strategy, visionary visual storytelling, and executive presentation design across B2B, B2C, and B2E in a hybrid Denver-based role with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 106,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Execution (B2B, B2C & B2E): Conceptualize and produce visionary assets across digital, print, and environmental formats, including patient education materials, social campaigns, sales collateral, and internal events and activations.
  • Brand Strategy, Executive Pitching & Creative Consultation: Partner with senior leadership to shape the brand with a forward-looking approach; lead creative pitches, defend concepts with data-driven insights, and translate leadership vision into actionable design strategies.
  • Strategic Translation & Data Visualization: Collaborate to convert complex data into intuitive visual narratives; design audience-focused materials that clearly explain kidney care while upholding professional standards for all stakeholders.
  • High-Stakes Presentation & Visual Design: Direct the design and animation of executive-level presentations; craft show-style decks using PowerPoint and related tools for large-scale events, investor meetings, and physician conferences, aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Operational Excellence & Brand Stewardship: Champion the brand across media; maintain a scalable library of templates; manage workflows with Smartsheet to track workstreams, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (Required).
  • Experience: 6 to 8+ years of professional design experience with a strong emphasis on brand strategy, corporate B2B, consumer-facing B2C, and executive presentation/pitch design (Required).
  • Microsoft 365: Expert-level PowerPoint with advanced animation and template architecture; proficiency in Word and Outlook (Required).
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Mastery of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (Required).
  • Project Management: Familiarity with Smartsheet, Workfront, Wrike, or Asana to manage complex workflows (Required).
  • Portfolio: Must showcase brand strategy, advanced presentation work, motion/animation examples, and evidence of visual storytelling for executive and stakeholder audiences (Required).
  • Visionary Brand Strategy: An ethereal, forward-thinking approach that shapes and advances the brand beyond standard asset creation.
  • Executive Presence: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to pitch, pivot, and persuade at the senior leadership level.
  • Presentation Mastery: Ability to build complex, non-linear PowerPoint decks with a motion graphics feel.
  • Workflow Proficiency: Disciplined approach to managing high-volume, high-accuracy output within established tracking systems.
  • Empathetic Storytelling: Skill in simplifying medical language for patients (B2C) while maintaining clinical rigor for B2B audiences.

Physical Demands & Visual Requirements

Work Environment

  • Location: Denver, CO strongly preferred.

  • Travel: Occasional travel up to 15% for on-site events, photoshoots, or clinical visits.
  • Overtime: Periodic evenings or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or event dates.
