Graphic Design Manager

ZAZA HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead hands-on creative work on site in Dallas, partnering with the Director of Design to bring the brand to life across print, digital, and social channels. This role places a strong emphasis on digital media, delivering assets that maintain brand integrity while supporting a range of marketing initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Media, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Design in producing menus, sales collateral, branded print assets and presentations for corporate reporting.
• Support the marketing team in the creation of digital assets for deployment in email campaigns.
• Support in the capture of photo and video content on property for use across social media platforms including B2C platforms like Google My Business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in execution of content shoots.
• Edit and prepare visual content for social media use in coordination with the broader team.
• Stay current on platform trends and content formats to inform creative direction.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines across typography, color, and layout.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and manage version control of brand files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Media, or a related field
• Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Premiere Pro) required
• Basic photography and videography skills with a strong visual eye
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred but not required
