Responsibilities

Design and deliver high quality 3D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, product launches, social channels, paid media, website content, email, retail displays, and presentations.
Produce photoreal 3D renders and animations of vitamin bottles, packaging, ingredients, capsules, powders, gummies, and lifestyle scenes.
Develop engaging product demonstrations that communicate benefits, ingredients, formulations, and health-focused messaging.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers, Copywriters, and Brand teams to translate concepts into motion content.
Build and maintain reusable 3D assets, lighting rigs, materials, textures, and animation templates to streamline workflows.
Apply motion design principles including timing, pacing, camera movement, transitions, typography, and visual effects to deliver polished deliverables.
Optimize animations for multiple platforms and aspect ratios such as social, Amazon listings, retail displays, websites, and digital advertising.
Stay current with motion design trends, AI-assisted tools, rendering technologies, and emerging visual techniques.
Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across product lines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced marketing environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of professional experience in 3D motion design, animation, or related creative roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing high quality 3D animation, product visualization, and motion graphics.
Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D software.
Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Experience with Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or other GPU rendering engines.
Understanding of lighting, materials, texturing, rendering, camera animation, and compositing.
Knowledge of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, and composition.
Experience creating content optimized for social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
Ability to receive direction, iterate quickly, and communicate effectively with cross functional teams.

Knowledge of Unreal Engine or real-time rendering workflows.
Experience using AI powered creative tools and workflows.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, and color grading.
Familiarity with video editing in Premiere Pro.
