Job Description

Hudson Rouge is hiring a visionary, ideas-first Creative Director, Copy to lead Tier 1, brand-level work with a luxury automotive focus and to elevate the agency’s copy craft.

Responsibilities

Lead new business growth by driving creative development, conceptualizing breakthrough campaign ideas, and presenting high-impact pitches to prospective clients.
Define and maintain the voice of luxury across all channels, setting an emotionally resonant, premium copy standard for Lincoln and emerging accounts.
Establish creative direction and copy standards for brand-level storytelling, ensuring work stays culturally relevant and aligned with upscale consumer expectations.
Guide and mentor a collaborative team of copywriters and art directors, cultivating a culture of high-end creative curiosity, craftsmanship, and growth.
Own executive client relationships, articulating, defending, and selling big, elegant creative ideas to senior leadership and luxury brand stakeholders.
Oversee production pipelines end-to-end, from initial brainstorming through final execution, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standard.

Requirements

Prepared to work in New York City within a hybrid structure: 3–4 days on-site at the NY agency and 1–2 days offsite.
Exceptional, award-winning portfolio demonstrating comprehensive 360-degree Tier 1 campaigns, masterful copywriting, and experience in luxury, premium, or automotive sectors.
Proven background leading pitches and winning high-end new business accounts in an advertising agency environment.
Strong leadership skills with a record of managing, inspiring, and protecting creative talent in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to command a room, tell a compelling brand story, and mentor junior talent.
