Work Study Student - Graphic Design

Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals is seeking a part-time Work Study Student to support day-to-day department needs while building professional experience alongside academic coursework. This student work study role is designed for currently enrolled university students, with duties scheduled around classes to help support departmental operations in an onsite setting in Philadelphia.

Work Study Student - Graphic Design (Temporary, 1 position) will assist with assigned departmental tasks, including entry-level administrative and clerical support. The role includes customer service and program or research support as needed, along with other related responsibilities assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and responsibilities of the assigned department
• Complete clerical tasks, including answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing
• Perform other reasonable, related duties as assigned
