Responsibilities

- Turn approved layouts, wireframes, and brand templates into final, production-ready files.
- Draft advertising layouts and corresponding copy for company brochures and related materials, for review and approval.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines covering typography systems, spacing rules, and color standards including RGB, CMYK, and Pantone, along with accessibility standards.
- Create pixel-accurate and dimension-accurate designs for both physical and digital environments, including retouching and image manipulation when needed.
- Illustrate concepts through rough layout of art and copy, including arrangement, sizing, type size and style, and related aesthetic direction.
- Execute consolidated multimedia production by incorporating design elements such as sketches, mockups, presentation materials, prototypes, design validation materials, sound, and text.
- Create graphics, animations, and informational videos using client brand and style guidelines, including producing short-form motion graphics, UI animations, and motion for digital distribution.
- Maintain consistency across motion outputs, including typography, timing, transitions, and branding, and follow approved storyboards, scripts, and templates.
- Create and adapt animations for digital screens and LED displays, including airport and border-control solutions.
- Optimize performance and clarity for deployments in public environments, ensuring frame rates, aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, and compression match the required use cases.
- Manage visual assets across brand assets, photography, and raw video footage, and investigate postproduction design to keep brand accuracy intact.
- Prepare files for print, fabrication, and digital deployment using formats such as PDF/X, EPS, AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, MP4 and more.
- Handle production details including bleed, trim, resolution, color profiles, die lines, and material constraints, and coordinate technical specifications with printers, fabricators, signage vendors, and digital integrators.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control, and asset libraries; export assets in required formats including Lottie/JSON and SVG animation.
- Design and adapt assets for large-format signage, floor decals, wall graphics, digital screens, kiosks, and wayfinding systems with precise measurement and scale for airport and border settings.
- Ensure visibility, legibility, contrast ratios, and durability requirements are met, and that multilingual materials remain consistent without changing approved messaging.
- Support marketing and communication needs, including proofreading for accuracy and maintaining awareness of standard design technologies and trends.
- Build and/or maintain templates for presentations, signage, social media, reports, and marketing collateral, standardizing design systems to reduce errors and rework.
- Assist scale by enabling non-design teams to use approved templates correctly, and support management of social media accounts as needed.
- Understand print production workflows, liaise with printers, and prepare press-ready files based on supplied specifications while ensuring quality production.
- Execute updates and revisions quickly, complete projects with high quality and on schedule, and perform other related duties as assigned.
