Job Description
The Specialist (Package & Graphic Designer) supports the design and production of brand, packaging, and digital creative across all product lines at Kiss Products. This onsite role in Port Washington, NY focuses on delivering work that follows brand standards while coordinating with cross-functional partners on print and digital initiatives.
Role Overview
The Specialist (Package & Graphic Designer) contributes to the development and execution of brand, packaging, and digital design projects. The role helps ensure visual outputs remain consistent with established brand guidelines across consumer touchpoints, while supporting creative workflows and production processes in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing brand and packaging design files using established typography, color, and layout standards
- Produce and organize visual assets, including artwork, mock-ups, and print-ready files, to meet project deadlines
- Update and maintain brand guideline resources such as templates, color palettes, and fonts as directed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales by providing design materials and coordinating files
- Create and support brand websites and digital platforms by preparing, updating, and supervising visual assets in line with established brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience, or a strong design internship background
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and basic print production
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape
- Knowledge and understanding of digital asset creation and brand website development

Compensation
USD 21 - 39 per hour (anticipated range: 21.50 - 39.75 USD hourly). Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range may change depending on internal and external factors.
